Pet friendly
The owners of the house are dog lovers and can therefore understand the dilemma of going on holidays having to leave your beloved pets behind.
The large mature grounds are fully fenced in (back and front) with timber and wire fencing and the garage has a dog flap. Plenty of space is therefore available even for large dogs to run around the garden.
Dogs are allowed at no extra charge, but are on request basis only and must be advised at time of booking. We might limit it to one dog per party but that depends on size, breed and temperament of the dog/s and will be decided on an individual basis. A small cash damage deposit is be be paid on arrival which will be advised at time of booking and refunded on departure if all is ok.
Dogs are allowed in the house (not on the furniture !), all living areas are tiled or have laminated floors. Owners are responsible for the good behaviour of their dogs inside the house and on the grounds and are liable for any damage or extra cleaning necessary. The nearest pub/restaurant DeRoiste Smokehouse in Ballinderry has a large, secure outdoor area with a lawn and it is no problem to bring a dog along, most other pubs/restaurants in the area accept dogs on premises but this is entirely up to the discretion of the landlord.
