Rental Rates
Minimum stay is 4 nights from November to April, 5 nights for the months May/June/September/October and 7 nights during July and August.
We can accept shorter bookings than the minimum number of nights for any period, but the full rate for the minimum number of nights applies or we will publish special Bank Holiday rates.
A deposit is payable to secure the booking with balance payment due 6 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made via direct bank transfer, Paypal or credit card (all major cards accepted). Alternatively we are represented on all major booking sites i.e. AirBnB, booking.com or VRBO (formerly Homeaway), but additional service fees may then be applied by those companies on top of our published rates as shown below.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

Rates are valid up to 6 persons and include EVERYTHING, i.e. electricity, heating, bed linen, towels, high-speed WIFI and final cleaning.
(In case of bringing along pets, a small cash deposit on arrival is payable which will be refunded on departure if there is no damage. Amount will be advised upon booking)
